When all other checks have been done for code P0420, this pre-cat will do the job! Many other units have complaints about fastener hole alignment. My unit was able to fit my 2006 Altima using all bolts. I found the trick was to fit up the shields with supplied bolt/washers before the cat was put on car. Use screwdriver shank to align holes then hand start. Some force may be required to bend existing heat shields into alignment. Remove top front shield and install on engine Test fitting the shield off the car makes assembly easier. Everything you need for repair.
