3-Way Aquaus Brass Diverter Valve - 1/2'' Shower & RV Pipe Threads Connector | Perfect for RV Plumbing, Outdoor Showers & Water System Diversion

I'm using this as a diverter valve for my bidet (from a different brand) because the cheap one it came with leaked due to the high water pressure here. Since this valve is designed for showers, it works a bit differently than a standard bidet diverter but once you get used to it, it works perfectly. Turn it down, and water flows to the toilet only; set it in the middle, and both the bidet and toilet get water; turn it up, and no water flows at all. You can also regulate the pressure to the bidet by adjusting how close you turn the knob toward the top before reaching the end, which like I said shuts off water from both ends. This differs from typical bidet diverters, which always allow water to the toilet tank and only control the bidet side. It’s not perfect, but since I’m repurposing it for something it wasn’t designed for, that’s fine. In exchange, I get a high-quality diverter that’s built to code, doesn’t leak, and has a valve that’s much easier to access and turn compared to my previous DIY setup, so I’m happy. I did need to use teflon tape to prevent leaks, possibly due to the high water pressure here, but other than that, the installation was smooth.
