I had a unique situation this winter, first year that I’ve had water running to the garage. We had two really harsh cold streaks and my line froze solid. I researched a few inline heaters and this was the best price by far. I put this thru 3/4” pex so I needed to use a shark bite fitting because the heater cable wouldn’t fit thru the crimp fitting. The rest of the winter I had no frozen pipes and had below freezing temps for several days.
